How it works

Your own record is the way in

You do not go looking for other growers. The moment you log something, Gadenin tells you how many people logged the same thing on the same plant.

Common questions

I do not want other people reading my records
Records are private by default. You choose whether to make them public, you can change it at any time, and before anything becomes public you are shown exactly what would be visible and to whom. You can read other people's public records while your own stay private.
Is reading other growers' records free?
Yes. Reading, following, likes, comments and basic search are all free. Finding growers by plant and by region, and saving favorites, are Premium.
Can I see my phone records on a computer?
Yes. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account and it is the same data. Edits made in the browser show up in the app.
Do my photos keep their location data?
No. Photos carrying GPS Exif data are rejected at upload by design. Weather is taken from the region you set, not from your photos.
Does it work for ornamentals and larger plots, or only vegetables?
It works for both. The unit of record is the plant, the variety and the task, so it fits container plants and garden trees as readily as an allotment or a market plot. You can keep plants and varieties separate, log the task type (feeding, spraying, pruning, soil prep, harvest) and note the products you used, and export the lot as CSV or JSON to keep your own growing history.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Plants, records, logged work, photos, comments and follows are all deleted. You can export CSV or JSON before you go.

What you grow becomes someone else's answer.
