Incredible is a yellow sugary-enhanced (se) hybrid from Crookham, and since 1989 it has placed near the top of university and market trials for flavor and tenderness. The ears are long, 8 to 9.5 inches, with 16 to 18 rows of plump golden kernels, good husk cover and well-filled tips; Crookham noted the pleasing length-to-diameter ratio of the cob. Being homozygous se, it has roughly double the sugar of su corn at harvest and holds quality for two to four days after picking. Plants reach 7 to 8 feet with tolerance to rust and Stewart's wilt, but emergence in cold soil is poor, so wait for warmth before sowing. It can share a block with su types without much quality loss but should be kept apart from sh2 supersweets. Maturity is around 83 days.
