Amelia VR is a determinate hybrid bred at North Carolina State University and sold by Harris Moran (released 2005) for growers troubled by Fusarium race 3 and tomato spotted wilt virus. Along with those two, it resists Verticillium wilt race 1, Fusarium races 1 and 2, Stemphylium and nematodes. Fruits are red and large, 10 to 12 ounces, with high quality and heavy yields. It matures around 80 days and needs only a cage.
