Overview
Blushing Beauty is an All-America Selections winning F1 bell from Seminis that never goes through a green stage. The 4-inch square fruit opens ivory to light yellow and blushes through pink and orange-red to a deep red, with several colors on the bush at once. Walls are thick and the flavor is sweet at any stage, so pick whenever you like the color. First harvest comes around 72 days after transplanting. Plants are bushy, about 18 inches tall and 16 inches wide, good in patio containers, and resist tobacco mosaic virus, powdery mildew and races 1, 2 and 3 of bacterial leaf spot. Picking some pale fruit keeps the plant setting more.
