Overview
Thai Hot is the small, fiercely hot pepper of Thai cooking, offered by Carolina Seeds among others. Bushy plants grow large, to around 20 inches (500 mm), and hold slim conical pods about 2 inches long and a quarter inch wide pointing upward, green and coloring red quickly. Heat is extreme for the size. It fruits around 70 days from transplant and does well in containers, where the upright pods make an attractive display.
