Overview
Cuneo is an Italian sweet pepper from the Piedmont town of the same name, also listed as Cuneo Giallo or Giallo di Cuneo. The fruit is round and four-lobed with a little point at the blossom end, thick-walled but thin-skinned, and ripens to a golden yellow. Harvest begins around 72 days from transplanting. The thin skin peels easily after roasting, and the thick flesh holds up well to stuffing and baking.
