Overview
Thai Dragon is a Petoseed F1 hybrid Asian chili with slim, thin-walled pods about 3 to 4 inches long and half an inch wide, green ripening to red and extremely hot. Plants set fruit prolifically, and because the pods are thin they dry fast, which is how they are mostly used in Thai and other Asian cooking. Pick them red for drying or use green for fresh heat in curries and stir-fries.
